On the 6 December 2012 Ontario Provincial Police arrested Sheri Nolan (age 41) of 189 Whitebirch Dr. Garden River, for outstanding warrants for theft under $5,000.00, fail to appear for identification and fail to appear in court. She had not shown up in court in 2009 regarding incidents from 2005. Nolan was turned over to the city police. She will be appearing in court on the 14 January 2013.

A 14 year old male was arrested on the 5th of December for making threatening comments to an adult male known to him. The youth will appear in Bail Court later this morning.

Two female young offenders were arrested by City Police on the 5th of December. It is alleged they assaulted another teenage female at a downtown shopping outlet. Both girls will appear in Provincial Court on January 8th 2013.

34 year old Kevin Rummell of 695 Shafer Ave. was charged with public intoxication after he was located by police walking down Shafer Ave. on the 5th of December in the late evening in an intoxicated state. As a result he spent the remainder of the night at the City Police station.
