Two males to appear in bail court: 1) At approx. 3:45 am this morning city police arrested a 27-year-old male on St. George’s Ave.
Two males to appear in bail court:

1) At approx. 3:45 am this morning city police arrested a 27-year-old male on St. George’s Ave. It is alleged that the accused breached conditions of a court order; by not being in his residence and that he was also wanted on two warrants. The accused, Joseph Cellini, age 27, of No fixed address, is charged with three counts of breach of a court order.

2) At approx. 12:05 am this morning city police arrested a 27-year-old male at Studio 10, on Hudson St. It is alleged that the accused obstructed police in their investigation by falsely identified himself. He is also alleged to have breached conditions of his recognizance release order by consuming alcohol and attending at a location that dispenses alcohol. Charged with one count of obstruct police and one count of breach of a recognizance is Shane Finucane, age 27, of 8 Bolland St., Killaloe, Ontario.

Female arrested for theft under $ 5,000:

At approx. 4:50 pm yesterday afternoon city police were called to Rome’s Independent Grocers regarding a shoplifter. Upon arrival officers arrested 30-year-old Erin Conway, of 98 River Rd. It is alleged that Ms Conway stole approx $ 126.00 worth of groceries from the store. Accused was apprehended by store security and turned over to police. Erin Conway is charged with one count of theft under $ 5,000 and will be appearing in court on Feb 1st at 9:00 am.
