Domestic Related Arrest:

A 50 year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 16th of December at the court house and charged with three counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 5th of November the accused attended at the residence of a male and consumed alcohol while at the residence. At the time, the accused was not to communicate with the male as a condition of a recognizance order from a domestic related incident involving him. Further, she was on conditions not to consume any alcohol. She is to appear in bail court today.

Property Crimes:

Break and Enter Reports:

• A residence on Sherbourne Street was entered yesterday. Power tools were reported stolen.
• A residence in the 1200 block of Peoples Road was entered. A number of items were reported stolen, including an Xbox 360 and controllers, a Dell computer, jewellery, video games and a Laptop.

Theft Reports:

• Two trail permits were stolen out of a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Queen Street East.
• Snow blowers were reported stolen from yards on Putney Road and River Road.

Mischief Report:

• A bus shelter in the 900 block of Queen Street East was reported damaged.
