MALE ARRESTED FOR BREACHING RELEASE DOCUMENT

23 Year Old Ryan Boyer of 61 Gemah Street, Garden River has been charged with 1 count of breach of recognizance. The accused was observed by officers to be in a down town restaurant in the company of a female he was not to associate or communicate with. He was arrested just before 8pm without incident and is scheduled for bail court today.

15 YEAR OLD FEMALE, THREATENING

A 15 year old female has been charged with 3 counts of threatening bodily harm. It is believed that on the 26th of October the accused threatened to beat a female known to her. On the 9th of December the accused telephoned the same female and a male known to her and threatened to cut them. She attended at the Police Service yesterday and was arrested by the investigating officer. She will be appearing in court on the 20th of January.

MALE ARRESTED ON WARRANT

52 year old Timothy Donald Jones of 222 Albert Street East was arrested yesterday at 9:55am on an outstanding warrant, for failing to appear for his prints. He is scheduled for court on the 19th of January.

15 YEAR OLD ARRESTED ON WARRANT

A 15 year old was arrested yesterday afternoon at 3:40pm at her west end residence. The accused was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear for prints. She is scheduled to appear in court on the 20th of January.

MALE ARRESTED FOR BREACHING UNDERTAKING

A 24 year old male has been charged with 1 count of breaching his undertaking. It is believed that the accused sent 10 texted messages to his ex-girlfriend. At the time the accused was on a release document stating not to molest, harass or annoy the victim. He is scheduled for court on the 21st of January.

One Break & Enter

There was 1 break and enter reported to a home on 1st Avenue yesterday. It is not known what if anything was taken at this time.
