Domestic Related Arrest: A 17 year-old female youth was arrested on the 10th of December at midnight and charged with one count of breach of a release order.
Domestic Related Arrest:

A 17 year-old female youth was arrested on the 10th of December at midnight and charged with one count of breach of a release order. It is alleged that on the 9th of December the accused continuously called and e-mailed her ex-boyfriend when she was on an undertaking order not to communicate with him. She is to attend in bail court this morning.

Males Arrested on Outstanding Warrants:

1) 27 year-old Christopher Moar of #38-864 Queen Street
East was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 9th of December at 2:40 pm at the city police station and charged with one count of fail to appear court and one count of breach of probation. He is to appear in court on the25th of January.

2) 53 year-old Caleb Perrault of Highway 17B in Garden River was arrested on the 9th of December at 7:31 pm on Breton Road on an outstanding warrant and charge with two counts o breach of probation and one count of fail to appear for prints. At the time his arrest the accused was found to be in an intoxicated condition and in possession of a bottle of wine. He is on probation conditions to be good and not to consume or be in possession of any alcohol. He is to appear in court on the 25th of January.

Female Arrested for Assault on Fellow Student:

A 16 year-old female youth was arrested on the 9th of December at 2:05 pm at the city police station and charged with one count of assault and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 7th of December at approximately 3:10 pm she assaulted a fellow female student while on their school bus ride home. At the time of the offence the accused was on probation to keep the peace and be good. The victim received non-life threatening injuries as a result. The accused is to appear in court on the 19th of January.

• Vehicles were entered on Douglas Street, Pageant Drive and Bay Street. Wallets were reported stolen.
• A portable garage was reported stolen on Cameron Avenue.
