Police have charged three people following an incident that occurred on Cunningham Road over the weekend.
A news release issued today by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service reports that officers responded to the area after receiving a call regarding a victim being threatened with a firearm.
Police have charged 26-year-old Nicole Hagan, 34-year-old Richard Mullen, and 30-year-old Tyler Verville with a variety of offences, including weapons charges.

On April 9, 2021 officers with Patrol Services, Investigation Services and the Emergency Services Unit responded to a call of a victim being threatened with a firearm. Upon arrival, officers learned three people were inside the residence in the 0-100 block of Cunningham Road.
After securing the scene and communicating with the people inside the residence, at 11:42 p.m. all of the people in the residence had exited the residence and were arrested. The three accused are 26-year-old Nicole Hagan, 34-year-old Richard Mullen, and 30-year-old Tyler Verville.
On April 10, 2021, officers with Investigation Services conducted a search warrant at the residence and a firearm was located.
Ms. Hogan is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of an unauthorized weapon. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 10, 2021.
Mr. Mullen is charged with uttering threats, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a firearm, six counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, two counts of breach of recognizance, and three counts of breach of probation. He was held for WASH court.
Mr. Verville is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 10, 2021.
