On the 25th of Sept., City Police had occasion to attend to a residence on Grace Street in regards to a female trespassing on the property. Upon their arrival they located 28-year-old Jerrilee Levielle of no fixed address on the property. Further investigation revealed her to be in possession of a controlled substance which she was on conditions not to possess. It was also determined that she was not residing where she was directed to be, according to a court order. As a result, Leveille was charged with two counts of breaching a recognizance and possession of a narcotic. She will be appearing in Provincial Court on Oct. 31.
