On September 16, 2012 at 10:15 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged, David Maitland, age 42 of 279 Lake St. Sault Ste. Marie, with breach of his undertaking. Officers learned that the accused allegedly left a letter at the residence of a female that was known to him. By doing so he breached his undertaking. He will appear in court on Oct. 22nd at 9:00 am.

On September 16th, 2012 at 10:30 am Patrol Officers arrested Samantha Barrett, age 24, of 588 Albert St. West of Sault Ste. Marie for breaching her probation. She was on probation not to associate with any persons with a criminal record. On September 2nd, 2012 at 3:00 am police noted her to be associating with a person with a criminal record. By doing so she breached another condition of her probation that was to keep the peace and be good. Barrett will attend in court on October 22nd at 9:00 am.

On September 16th, 2012 at shortly after 2:00 pm Patrol Officers observed a 42 year old male in the downtown area. Officers learned the male was wanted on two domestic related warrants. The male had breached a Peace Bond he was on and had Failed to Attend Court. He will now appear in bail court on Sept 17th at 10:00 am.

On the 15sep12 at approximately 1750 hours employees at a local beer store refused service to two people for being too drunk to serve. Other witnesses observed the two drive up to the beer store and get out of their vehicle. The driver, accused William Hore, fell and hit his head satisfying the unsteady on your feet criteria. Mr. Hore,78 , of #201 – 130 Allard St. was released by promise to appear to a court date of 22Oct12 at 0900.

A 30 year old person has been arrested and charged with eight counts of sexual related offences including sexual assault and sexual interference. The accused will go to WASH court this morning to be remanded to bail court on Monday.
