On October 20th, 2012 Police Officers were called to a residence on James St. for a domestic disturbance. Officers learned from the victim that his ex-girlfriend had attended at his residence and threw two beer bottles his front door.

 

On October 20th, 2012 Police Officers were called to a residence on James St. for a domestic disturbance. Officers learned from the victim that his ex-girlfriend had attended at his residence and threw two beer bottles his front door. The victim was not was not injured. Police located the 20 year old female near the victims’ residence and she was subsequently arrested and charged with Mischief under $5,000.00. She will appear in Wash Court on October 21st, 2012.
 
During the evening of October 20, 2012 the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated two break and enters. Officers investigated a break in that occurred during the afternoon hours of the 20th where thieves broke into a residence on Sydenham Rd. and stole a laptop computer. In the second break and enter thieves entered a residence on Boehmer Blvd. where they removed a Play Station, a quantity of coins and a DVD.
 
On October 21st at 2:30 in the morning Patrol Officers responded to an impaired driving complaint in the west end of the city. Officers located the offending vehicle and driver on Ascot Ave. The driver of the car, Ricky Frigault, age 26 of 9 Ascot Ave. Sault Ste. Marie, was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Driving over .08. He will appear in court on Nov. 19th.
