39 year old Roy Hamilton of 437 Sherbourne St. will be in Bail Court on Monday for violating his conditional sentence order.
He is bound by conditions of house arrest and was found out of his residence by officers.
29 year old Christopher Normand Allen of 161 Carufel Ave. will appear in court on 09 July 2012.
He was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place after police were called for a male who refused to leave a residence on Wellington Street West.
Officers discovered that he was also wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for breach of probation and fail to reattend court.

There was an attempt break and enter on Durban Road where a screen was removed from a window.
There was a beak and enter to a residence in the 200 block of Korah Road. The homeowner returned to find the door open and a jar of money taken.
A large bear was reported in the area of the Bawating Late School and several other callers reported it in the Farquhar and Manitou Drive areas. The bear was chased back into the bush without incident.
