Arrests/Charged Persons:
22 year old Gavin Anderson of NFA was charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm. It is alleged that on the 27 of June 2012 the accused was driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner on Goulais Ave as a result he struck a PUC pole and a passenger in the vehicle received serious injuries. He is scheduled to appear in WASH Court this morning.

A 15 year old male and a 15 year old female were charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house it is alleged that they were both in an abandoned residence on Gore St. stealing items. The male was also arrested on an outstanding warrant of fail to appear prints. Both are to appear in court on August 14 2012.

20 year old Jean Yade of NFA was charged with assault, mischief under $5000 and breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 27 of June 2012 the accused was at the Algonquin Motel where he assaulted a female and then proceeded to damage a sign on the property. The accused was also on probation at the time violated the condition of to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 13 2012.

39 year old James Syrette of 304 Albert St.West was charged with theft under $5000, assault with a weapon and breach of probation. It is alleged that on July 6 2012 he attended at the Metro Churchill Plaza where he stole meat products when he was approached by Store Security, the accused then pulled a knife on the store security. He was also on probation at the time of the offence. He is scheduled to appear in WASH Court this morning

24 year old Thomas Shaw of Ottawa Ont. was charged with assault. It is alleged he assaulted a security person at Smokey’s Bar on Queen St. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 14 2012.
