SUSPICIOUS MALES ARRESTED Friday morning at 9:30 police were alerted by citizens about a couple of suspicious males in the downtown area. They appeared to be casing various businesses.

Friday morning at 9:30 police were alerted by citizens about a couple of suspicious males in the downtown area. They appeared to be casing various businesses.

Police investigated and confronted two men from the Brampton area. 21-year-old Bradley Waite and a 17-year-old young offender were checked by police but not held.

Police were suspicious and continued to investigate. Later, as more reports of suspicious behaviour were called in, police tracked the two down to a local hotel where a large quantity of marijuana was discovered along with a quantity of cash.

The two were arrested and charged with Trafficking and Break & Enter. They are being held in custody for bail court on Tuesday. Police are still investigating.


WEAPONS CHARGE
Richard Levesque, age 26 of Hornpayne Ontario, was arrested by police following calls about a disturbance in the west end. Lesveque was allegedly threatening several people with death including the investigating officers.

He was discovered to have a knife in his possession. He was charged with Threatening Death and two counts of Breach of Probation. He is being held in custody until bail court on Tuesday.
