On April 11, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 21-year-old Michael Huluk of Albion Street for robbery.
It is alleged that just after noon on April 7, 2018, the accused attended a store in the 200 block of Bay Street. The accused selected approximately $50 worth of merchandise and attempted to leave the store without paying. While leaving, the accused ran at one of the employees and pushed her back several feet before fleeing the scene with the merchandise.
The accused was located by officers on April 10 and was taken into custody. He has been charged with one count of robbery and one count of breach of undertaking. He was held for bail court.
