On Jan. 20, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 32-year-old Clinton Whalen of Wilcox Avenue for impaired driving.
Just after midnight on Jan. 20, 2020 officers observed the accused driving and conducted a traffic stop. Upon approaching the vehicle officers detected the smell of alcohol on his breath. The accused provided a breath sample into an approved device which registered a fail result.
He is charged with one count of impaired driving – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He is scheduled to appear in court on March 2, 2020.
