Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
On September 8th, 2012 at approximately 1:20 am, officers from the Street Team checked a male in a downtown bar. A computer records check revealed the male was on several release conditions which included being in his residence after 9:00 pm and not to consume alcohol. Subsequently the officers arrested the eighteen year old male and charged him with Breach of Recognizance and two counts of Breach of Probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The male will attend in WASH court on September 8th. (The identity of the male cannot be released as his charges relate to his time as a Young Person pursuant to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.)
On September 8th, 2012 shortly before 8:00 pm police were called to the Rhodes Centre parking lot for a motor vehicle collision. Officers learned that a truck had been struck in the lot and the offending vehicle had left the area. Police located the offending vehicle at the owners’ residence and learned that an eighteen year old male had taken the vehicle without the owners’ permission. The male was arrested and charged with Take Motor Vehicle without Owners Consent and Breach of Probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The male will appear on October the 15th at 9:00 am for court. (The identity of the male cannot be released as his charges relate to his time as a Young Person pursuant to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.)
On the 8th of September 2012 at 1:30 am Police Officers attended a downtown residence for a domestic dispute. Police located a 42 year old male there. A computer records search revealed the male was on a probation order. The male was not to communicate with the female he was associating with, not to molest, harass or attend at her residence. The male was arrested and charged with three counts of Breach of Probation. The male will attend in WASH court on September 8th.
