A 13 year old male youth was arrested for breaching conditions of his recognizance and probation hours after being released at bail on other charges. The accused will appear at WASH(Weekend And Statutory Holiday) court 12May12.

On Saturday 12 May 2012 a young offender is alleged to have damaged a Summit Human Services Building by punching and stabbing holes in a wall in which they were a resident. A charge of Mischief under $5,000.00 was laid by City Police. The youth will appear in court on 19th June 2012.

On Friday (11 May 2012) a young offender, who had recently been charged and released with mischief to the Roberta Bondar tent, violated their release order. The youth has further been charged with breach of probation x 3 and will now appear in bail court on Monday at 10:00 am.

On Saturday 12 May 2012, Paul John ZIOLKOWSKI, 61 years of age of 70 East St was charged with assault. It is alleged he grabbed and pushed the victim (a person known to him)against a wall during an argument. He will appear in court on 18 June 2012 at 9:00 am
