A window was reported smashed at a vacant business in the 400 block of Pim Street.

Morning report
32 year old Allen Waboose was arrested and charged with theft under $5000.
It is alleged that on the 11 of June 2012 the accused attended Macs Mart on Gore St. where he stole a chocolate bar.
The accused was identified on video and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 30 2012.

25 year old Kayla Kertesz of 372 Wallace Terrace was stopped on Oakland Avenue for talking on her cell phone while driving.
Further investigation revealed that there was 260 grams of Marijuana in the vehicle.
She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of trafficking as well as the Highway Traffic Act offence of talking on her cell phone while driving.
She is to appear in court on July 30 2012.

60 year old Marcel Duguay of 197 Glasgow was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and drive over 80 mg/100 ml of blood.
His vehicle was observed driving on Great Northern Rd at a low rate of speed at approx 11:30 p.m.
The vehicle was stopped by patrol officers and the accused was subsequently arrested.
He is scheduled to appear in court on July 30 2012.
