MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL OFFENCES
A 42-year-old male was picked up yesterday afternoon at 2:30 by City Police. He was apprehended without incident and charged with several sexual offences involving a minor.
He is charged with 3 counts of sexual interference, 1 count of anal intercourse with a minor and 1 count of exposing his genitals to a minor. The alleged offences occurred between April 3 and July 8 of this year. The victim is a 12-year-old girl.
The accused cannot be identified as that may cause the victim to be identified as well.
