On April 22, 2016 City Police arrested Morgan David Harman, age 20, regarding outstanding warrants. The charges include fail to attend for finger prints, fail to attend court and assault. The assault dated back to September 19, 2015. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on May 30, 2016 at 9 a.m.
On April 22, 2016 City Police arrest Michel Koussaye, age 26, for incidents that had occurred on April 20, 2016 and on April 22, 2016. It is alleged that the accused damaged a door at a local motel/hotel in the east end. The owner confronted the accused and was assaulted. The accused was also on probation to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On April 22, 2016 the accused again [allegedly] damaged a second door. Police arrested Koussaye for two counts of mischief, one count of assault and breach of probation. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on May 30, 2016 at 9 a.m.
