MALE ARRESTED IN RELATION TO FOUR ROBBERIES.
On the 18th of April 2009 just after 1:30 am officers from Patrol Services attended at a central address in the hill area and located 37-year old Corey Hynes of no fixed address. Mr. Hynes was taken into custody without incident.
Mr. Hynes had been wanted by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service for four counts of robbery in relation to armed robberies at an east end Mac’s Mart which had occurred earlier this month.
Mr. Hynes will appear in WASH (weekend and statutory holiday) court this morning and will be remanded to bail court on April 20, 2009.
