UPDATE: The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like to advise that missing person Cindy Owen has been safely located and is no longer considered missing.

We thank the public for their assistance in this matter.


UPDATED DESCRIPTION: Officers with the Investigation Services Division of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service have received an updated description for missing person Cindy Owen.  When she was last seen one side of her head was shaved.  On the other side her hair is dyed a faded orange colour.  She will also most likely be wearing glasses.

Officers with the Investigation Services Division of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 27-year-old missing person.

Cindy Owen (AKA Debbie Owen) was last seen in the 100 block of Gran Street on August 2nd, 2018. She is described as a 27-year-old Caucasian female who is 5’2” tall with a medium build, blonde hair and blue eyes.

She is known to frequent Sudbury, Manitoulin Island, Elliot Lake and Blind River.  Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
