Section of bushes taped off by Sault Police near railway tracks

Sault Ste. Marie Police Service spokesperson Lincoln Louttit confirms that police are attending a "scene of interest" on Carmen's Way Tuesday.

No further details are being disclosed by police at this time.

Police have taped off an area in the bushes south of the railway tracks on Carmen's Way.

An eyewitness says police showed up in the area between 9 and 9:30 a.m. The witness told SooToday there were approximately six police vehicles on scene this morning. 

Currently, two police vehicles are on the scene, approximately 500 metres south of the tracks.
