On Jan. 10, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Jody Burns of Caledon Street for a theft from December of 2016.
It is alleged that on Dec. 19, 2016 the accused entered a business in the West End of the city and took two framed autographed photos valued at $350 each from the display.
The accused then concealed the items in his jacket and left store without paying for them.
Officers located the accused on Jan. 10 and charged him with one count of theft under $5,000. He will appear in court on Feb. 13, 2017.
