The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like to advise the public that 31 year old James Cayford has been located.
Mr. Cayford is safe and is no longer considered missing.
We would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance to locate 31-year-old James Cayford.
He is known to be active online but hasn’t been heard from or seen since June, 2019. It is believed he doesn’t have a place of residence at this time and is known to frequent the area near Whitefish Island.
He is described as being Caucasian, approximately 6’0 tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes, short straight brown hair and a goatee style beard. He also has several tattoos including a skeleton hand on his right hand.
