The following four persons are to appear in bail court this morning: 1) A 15 year-old female youth was arrested on the 7th of September at 3:46 pm at her residence and charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief.
The following four persons are to appear in bail court this morning:

1) A 15 year-old female youth was arrested on the 7th of September at 3:46 pm at her residence and charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief. It is alleged that on the 7th of September at approximately 3:30 pm the youth got into a verbal argument with her parents and assaulted one of them by pushing them. The accused also damaged a wall in the residence when she threw a cell phone at it and when outside the residence, she smashed a light on her parents’ vehicle parked in the driveway. When police attended they received further information that the accused assaulted her mother on the evening of the 28th of August by punching her in the head, causing non-life threatening injuries.

2) 28 year-old Kevin Lamoureux of #4-73 Northern Avenue was arrested on the 5th of September at 10:43 at his residence and charged with one count of robbery and one count of breach of probation. On the 26th of August around 3:30 am city police received a robbery complaint from a 19 year-old male. The complainant advised that he had met a male earlier in the day at a local convenience store and invited him back to his residence. It is alleged that the male stole money from the victim and fled. The victim chased the accused to the area of Gore Street and when he attempted to get his money back he was punched in the face and head and dragged on the ground and threatened by the accused. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

3) 32 year-old Matthew Russell of 285 Cathcart Street was arrested on the 6th of September at 8:15 pm on Queen Street East and charged with two counts of breach of a release document and one count of resist peace officer. It is alleged that on the 6th of September at 8:05 pm the accused attended at the Tim Hortons on Bay Street and attempted to steal a pay pass Master Card machine. The accused was unsuccessful and left. Police were called and located the male in the area of Queen Street and Brock Street. When they ran a check on him, they discovered he was on a release undertaking with conditions to be in his residence 6 pm to 7 am and that he not consume any alcohol. The accused, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol, was arrested and resisted officers by continuously pulling away, and swearing at them.

4) A 39 year-old male was arrested on the 6th of September at 1:44 pm at his residence and charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm and two counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 6th of September at approximately 11:39 pm the accused attended at his ex- common law’s residence and threatened to kill her. At the time of the incident he was on recognizance release conditions that he not communicate with the victim.

Impaired Drivers Arrested:

1) 30 year-old Jesse Beattie of 12000 Cranbrook Crescent in Tecumseh, Ontario was arrested on the 7th of September at 3 on Beverly Street and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit. It is alleged that on the 7th of September just before 3 am city police observed a vehicle westbound on Wellington Street West travelling at a very slow speed and swerving several times towards the curb and center line. The vehicle was stopped on Beverly Street and the driver, the accused, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He is to appear in court on the 20th of October.

2) 44 year-old Richard Perrault of 340 Highway 17 East, was arrested on the 6th of September at 8:10 pm on Northern Avenue and charged with one count of consume over the legal limit. It is alleged that on the 6th of September around 7:50 pm city police received a complaint about a possible impaired driver on Second Line West. A vehicle description was provided and was located and stopped on Northern Avenue. The accused registered a fail when given a breathalyzer test on the road side screening device and was arrested. He is to appear in court on the 20th of October.

Drug Related Offences.

24 year-old Alexander McKenna of #3-538 North Street was arrested on the 7th of September at 8:24 pm at the city police station after turning himself in on several outstanding warrants and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance and one count of breach of a release document. He is to appear in court on the 20th of October.

Theft Related Charges:

1) 19 year-old Dyan Roy of 1000 Pine Street was arrested on the 7th of September at approximately 3 pm and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 7th of September the accused attended at Rome’s Independent Grocers and stole some items from the cosmetic area. The accused was apprehended by store security and held for police. She is to appear in court on the 6th of October.

2) 19 year-old Robert Robinson-Perreault of 23 Nebenaigoching Street was arrested on the 7th of September at 6:10 and charged with two counts of breach of probation and one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 7th of September the accused attended at Rome’s Independent Grocers at approximately 5:10 pm and stole a shaving kit. He was apprehended by store security and held for police. He is to appear in court on teh20th of October.

3) 21 year-old Jeffery Ense of #107-769 Pine Street was arrested on the 6th of September T 6:11 at the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 6th of September at approximately 5:38 pm the accused attended at Sears and stole some cosmetic cream. He was apprehended by store security and held for police. He is to appear in court on the 6th of October.

The following are the property crimes reported over the weekend:

Thefts Reported:

• Two vehicles parked in the Marconi Hall parking lot had windows smashed and were entered on the 7th of September between 6:15 and 7:45 pm. An IBM Laptop and a pack sac containing school supplies-calculator, books, a flash drive, electronic circuits were reported stolen from one and a Nintendo and DVD’S were stolen from the other.
• A hammer was stolen from a vehicle parked on Grace Street on the 7th of September.
• A wishing well was stolen from the front yard of a residence eon Farewell Terrace on the 7th of September.
• A purse was stolen at a local bar on the evening of the 7th of September.
• Bicycles were reported stolen from Varsity Avenue, La Chaumiere Place, Willoughby Street, Henrietta Avenue, Albert Street West and Amber Street.
• A break and enter was reported to an apartment in the 200 block of Queen Street East and a Laptop was reported stolen.

Mischief Reports:

• A rock was thrown through a front window of a residence on Bloor Street West sometime overnight on the 7th of September.
• A window of a vehicle on Pardee Avenue was smashed when some youths threw a rock at it at approximately 4:09 am on the 7th of September.
• On the 7th of September at 2:05 am three male youths riding bikes threw a rock at a window of a vehicle parked on Ruth Street, smashing it.
