Three Persons Arrested for Trespassing at Night: 1) Daniel Lepage, 19, of 211 Gloucester Street was arrested on the 18th of October at 2:38 am on Cathcart Street and charged with one count of trespassing at night and two counts of breach of probation
Three Persons Arrested for Trespassing at Night:

1) Daniel Lepage, 19, of 211 Gloucester Street was arrested on the 18th of October at 2:38 am on Cathcart Street and charged with one count of trespassing at night and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 18th of October at approximately 2:30 am that the accused was observed by city police prowling through backyards in the 200 block of Cathcart Street.

2) 20 year-old Justin McKay of 226 Cathcart Street and a 17 year-old male youth were arrested on the 18th of October at 3:30 am on Albert Street West and both charged with two counts of trespassing at night and two counts of break, enter with intent. It is alleged that on the 18th of October around 3:16 am city police received a call from a resident on Albert Street West that was awakened by a banging noise and reported observing two suspicious males exiting his neigbour’s shed at the rear of his property. It is further alleged that the suspects were then observed entering another shed a in the same area and witnesses detained them until police arrived and the arrest was made. The accused, Justin McKay was further charged with one count of breach of probation as at the time of the incident he was on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The youth is to appear in court on the 18th of November.

Four Persons Arrested in Stolen Vehicle:

On the 18th of October at 1:40 am City police spotted a stolen 2000 Ford F350 crew cab in the area of John Street and St. George’s Avenue. Just before the truck was stopped in the area of 300 block area of Huron Street, it was observed striking a metal fence in the backyard of a residence. Four persons exited the truck and were arrested without incident. The following four persons were charged:

38 year old Shelly Lepage of 36 Boston Avenue was charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime –under $5,000.00. She is to appear in court on the 17th of November.

Two 15 year-old female youths were charged each with two count of possession of property obtained by crime – under $5,000.00 and one count of breach of a release document. One of the females falsely identified herself at the time of her arrest and was further charged with one count of obstruct peace officer. They are both to appear in bail court this morning.

A 12 year-old male was also charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime – under $5,000.00. He is to appear in court on the 25th of November.

Impaired Driver Arrested:

38 year-old Stephen Sharp of #412-108 Allard Street was arrested on the 20th of October at 2:04 am on Old Garden River Road and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit. It is alleged that on the 20th of October around 2:03 am city police observed a 1995 Ford Windstar travelling at a high rate of speed on Second Line East. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of 41 Old Garden River Road and when the driver, the accused, was checked he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He is to appear in court on the 24th of November.

Five Arrests In Relation to Domestic Related Incidents:

1) A 31 year-old male was arrested on the 19th of October at 9:26 am and charged with one count of assault, one count of mischief and one count of breach of a release order. It is alleged that on the 18th of October he assaulted his ex-girlfriend on Queens Street East by grabbing her around the shoulders, holding her and not letting her go when she was attempting to get away from him. He was on release conditions not to harass, molest, annoy or physically interfere with her at the time of the incident. It is further alleged that on the 1st of October the accused slashed the victim’s vehicle tires with a knife. He is to appear in bail court.

2) A 28 year-old male was arrested on the 18th of October at 9:10 am at the city police station and charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief. It is alleged that on the 18th of October at approximately 1 am the accused assaulted his common law wife by grabbing her and choking her. The accused also assaulted a female friend of the victims that was at the residence at the time, by punching her. It is further alleged that he caused some damage inside the residence. He is to appear in bail court.

3) A 45 yer-old male was arrested on the 18th of October at 8:52 pm at his residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 18th of October at 8:40 pm the accused assaulted his common law spouse at their residence by slapping her across the face. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

4) A 30 year-old female was arrested on the 18th of October at 4:59 am at her residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 18th of October at 4:57 am she got into a verbal argument with her common law spouse at their residence and assaulted him by punching him in the face. She is to appear in court on the 12th of November.

5) A 14 year-old male was arrested on the 18th of October at 9:15 pm at his residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 18th of October the accused assaulted his girlfriend at his residence by pushing her and punching her several times. He is to appear in court on the 26th of November.
