Break and enter
On November 26, 2012 a break and enter occurred in the 60 block of Second Line West. During the break and enter keys for a 2007 Chev Malibu was taken and the vehicle stolen. The vehicle is still outstanding.
Thefts from vehicles
A vehicle was entered in the Grandhaven Crescent area – change taken.
Textbooks taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of Carufel Avenue. The books were later found in the yard.
Theft:
A theft of cash from a vehicle was reported from Softwood Drive.
Break and enter:
A break and enter was reported on Gordon Avenue. A suspect was seen on a bicycle dumping a bag behind the Diplomat Motel. The bag was recovered and identified as property stolen in the break and enter.
Found in car:
A male wearing a short coat with a hood and black pants was found in a car on Windsor Street and fled. Nothing was taken.
Vehicles entered:
Shortly after midnight police received a call about a young male described as 5’6” wearing a dark jacket was seen walking towards Golf Range Cresent trying doors on vehicles. It is unknown if any vehicles were broken into. Officers attended in the area and were able to track suspects on foot who had been in and out of driveways checking vehicles in the Shannon Road, Atlas, Drake, Queen, Gold Range, Country Club Place areas. It appears several vehicles were tried and may have been entered.
