Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
A Male was arrested and charged with threatening in regards to a domestic situation. He is scheduled to appear in Bail Court.
38 year old Laura Williams of 549 Cathcart Street was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court. It is alleged that the accused was to attend in court on May the 7th to face a theft charge and failed to do so. She was given a new court date of June 11th.
29 year old William McDonald of 844 Queen Street East was arrested on a warrant. It is alleged that Mr. McDonald failed to comply with one of the conditions of a probation order he was bound by. He is to appear in court on June 11th.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes: (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.)
- Break and Enter to a residence on Bonney Street. Meat was stolen from the freezer.
- ATM recovered in the area of Ontario Avenue – Taken in a Break and Enter last evening – investigation continuing.
- Copper wire was reported stolen from a business in the 400 block of Third Line East
- Cash and a camera were reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Albert Street East.
- Electronic equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 Block of Wilson Street
- Parts were reported stolen from an outboard motor stored in the 100 block of Industrial Park Crescent.
