6 Persons To Appear in Bail Court On Domestic Related Incidents:

A 19-year-old male, a 22-year-old male, a 29-year-old male, a 30-year-old male, a 38-year-old male, and a 46-year-old female were all arrested over the weekend in relation to domestic incidents.

Arrests:

22-year-old Alsef Mobark of 1954 Queen Street East was arrested on the 18th of March at 1:47 a.m. while operating a motor vehicle and charged with consume over the legal limit.

36-year-old Melissa Dinardo of 819 Trunk Road was arrested on the 19th of March at 1:17 a.m. while operating a motor vehicle and charged with consume over the legal limit.

33-year-old Tressie Leigh Cook of 147 South Market Street was arrested on the 19th of March at 2:29 a.m. while operating a motor vehicle and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and consume over the legal limit.

20-year-old Dano Ruttan-Leblance of 113 Asquith Street was arrested on the 18th of March at 6:43 p.m. on weapons related charges.  It is alleged that while riding his dirt bike, the accused pointed a handgun at a pedestrian unknown to him and threatened to shoot him.  Upon arrest the accused was found to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine.  He was charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, assault with a weapon, threatening, and possession of a controlled substance.  The weapon was confirmed to be a pellet gun and not a real handgun.  The accused was released with a court date of the 23rd of April at 9:00 a.m.

Break and Enters:

  • A residence in the 400 block of Queen Street West.  Cash and electronics were stolen.
  • A residence in the 600 block of Queen Street West.  It is unknown if anything was taken.  
  • A residence in the 300 block of John Street.  Electronics were stolen.
  • A residence on Allard Street.  Jewelry was stolen

Property Crimes:

  • License plates from vehicles were stolen from a vehicle on While Oak Drive and in the 300 block of Korah Rd.
  • IPod and cash stolen from a vehicle on Franklin Street.
  • C.D.’s were stolen from a vehicle on Blucher Street
  • Hockey equipment was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Bay Street.
  • A vehicle was spray painted in the 100 block of River Road
  • A Vehicle was damaged in the 100 block of Bitonti Crescent, the 200 block of Northern Road, and the 100 block of Sutton Place.
