Arrest: Occurrence at the court house this morning at approximately 11:05 am. Male subject arrested for possession of a narcotic and obstruct police. Ralph James Carricato age 41 was arrested while he was in custody and will attend bail court at 10:00am on June 12, 2012.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
Ronald Wesley Mearow, age 31, of 441 Queen St. West has been charged with failing to attend court after a warrant was issued for him when he failed to attend court on a previous charge of failing to attend court. He will also be appearing in Bail Court today.

A 23 year old male has been charged with assault relating to a domestic incident on 09 June 2012 where it is alleged he choked his girlfriend until she was rendered near unconsciousness. He will also be appearing in Bail Court today.

Jordon Manual PAIM, age 21, of no fixed address and a sixteen year old female have both been charged in connection with a theft from a residence on McCrea St on 06 June 2012. Two televisions and a laptop computer were reported stolen from the residence and the two were caught after pawning the items. Both Paim and the female are charged with theft and possession of stolen property. In addition both are charged with the same offences relating to the theft of a wallet reported from a residence on Wellington St. West. It is alleged Paim stole a wallet from a neighbour’s kitchen while borrowing a garbage bag. The wallet was later recovered in the bedroom of the accused female. Both accused will appear in Bail Court this morning.

A 36 year old female and a 21 year old male relative of the female have both been charged with assault and conspiracy to commit assault. It is alleged the two arranged for the accused female to bring her estranged spouse to a location near the canal site where the male relative was waiting. The accused male and the female assaulted the victim causing him injuries that did not require medical attention. Both will appear in Bail Court today.
