Three break-ins were reported to city police overnight. A residence in the 1100 block of Goulais Avenue was broken into between July 23 and the 24 and the homeowner reported two long guns and his passport stolen. Another homeowner in the 1000 block of Wellington Street East reported being broken into early this morning and thieves made off with jewellery, cameras and sunglasses. A third break in was reported to a residence in the 300 block of North Street when the homeowner returned from camp last evening. Jewellery and an X-box were reported stolen.
