Arrests/Charged Persons:
On July 15, 2012 the accused age 39 was arrested on domestic matters. It is alleged that on July 5, 2012 the accused threatened to kill the victim. Further it is alleged on July 8, 2012 the accused threatened to burn the residence of the victim. The accused was charged with threatening death, threatening to burn property and 2 breaches of probation. The accused will appear in bail court on July 16, 2012 at 10:00am.

Paul Anthony Archambeault, age 50 of 306 Korah Road, was arrested on outstanding warrants for theft under $5000 and failing to attend court. The accused will appear in court on August 20, 2012 at 9:00am.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:
Break and Enter to a garage in the 200 block of Pittsburgh Avenue. Several items removed.
Bear sightings:
Two bears in the area of Prince Charles Crescent - Bear observed near the Sault Star building on Second Line East - Bear observed in the 1200 block of Great Northern Road.
