Male charged for domestic violence
On Feb. 11, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 23-year-old male for domestic violence-related offences.
It is alleged that just before midnight on Feb. 10, 2017 the accused assaulted his girlfriend by throwing her to the ground and kicking her in the face.
Officers located the accused a short time later and he was taken into custody. The accused was charged with one count of Assault, 2 counts of breach of probation and 2 counts of breach of undertaking. The accused was held for bail court.
