ALARM SCARES OFF UNKNOWN SUSPECT

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) On December 20th, 2007 at 6:54 p.m. police of the East Algoma OPP attended a residence on McKeown Road in Elliot Lake regarding an alarm.

On scene police learned that an unknown suspect had gained access to the home but had left prior to police arrival. It is unknown at this if anything is missing.

FRONT DOOR SMASHED

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) East Algoma OPP are currently investigating a mischief at 36 Willoughby Road in Elliot Lake. Police learned that sometime after 1:00 a.m. on December 21st, 2007 unknown person(s) smashed the front glass door of the apartment building.

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) Thursday, December 20th, 2007 the stolen 2005 Ski Doo Expedition was recovered at the Algo Centre Mall.

SNOWMOBILE STOLEN FROM LOCAL BUSINESS

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) The East Algoma OPP is currently investigating a break, enter and theft at a local business on Oakland Boulevard in Elliot Lake.

Sometime between 1900 hrs on December 17, 2007 and 0600 hrs on December 18, 2007 unknown person(s) entered the business and removed a 2005 Ski Doo Expedition.

The stolen snowmobile is pewter in color and bears Ontario licence number 952663.

Keep a look out for suspicious activity in your neighbourhood. More break and enters in the city


(Elliot Lake, Ont.) Police are currently investigating four (4) break and enter reports in the city of Elliot Lake. Incidents occurred on St-Laurent Place, Spruce Avenue and Willow Lane.
