Bail Court Arrests:

Three male adults will be appearing in bail court this morning in relation to domestic related charges. 

Male Charged with Public Intoxication and Mischief:

Robin Feifel, age 27, of 110 Robertson Lake Road, Goulais River was arrested on the 30th of March and charged with intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act and one count of fail to leave premises when directed under the Trespass to Property Act.   It is alleged that on the 30th of March at approximately 11:10 pm the accused was intoxicated at a local hotel and refused to leave when he was directed to by staff.  Police were called to assist and arrested the accused when they arrived.  While in police custody, the accused stuffed a blanket into the toilet and flooded the cell block.  As a result, he was further charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.00.  He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Female Arrested on Outstanding Warrants:

Ruby Grisdale, age 27, of #415-100 James Street was arrested on outstanding warrants on the 1st of April at the police station.  She was charged with one count of fail to attend court, one count of fail to notify change of address and one count of fail to report to the John Howard Society.  She is to appear in bail court this morning.

Youth Arrested on Outstanding Warrants:

A 15 year-old male youth was arrested at the Station Mall on the 1st of April on outstanding warrants and charged with one count of fail to appear for prints, one count of assault with a weapon, one count of possession of property obtained by crime, one count of breach of probation and two counts of breach of a release document.  He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Two Persons Charged in Relation to Shoplifting Incidents:

Randy Tucker, age 62, of #409-94 Allard Street was arrested on the 1st of April at Rome's Independent Grocer  and charged with one count of theft under $5,000,00 for allegedly stealing groceries from the store on that date.  He is to appear in court on the 7th of May.

Blake Millroy, age 28, of #A-298 Goulais Avenue was arrested on the 30th of March at Zellers in the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00 for allegedly stealing from the store on that date.  He is to appear in court on the 30th of April. 

Youth Arrested for Drug Possession:

A 17 year-old male youth was arrested on the 30th of March at a local high school for allegedly being found in possession of 4 grams of marijuana.  He was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug and is to appear in court on the 1st of May. 

Break and Enter/Theft Reports:

• A west end business was entered on the 31st of March.
• A white BMX Diamond Back bike was stolen form the Station Mall parking lot on Sunday.
• A BMX bike was stolen from the Station Mall parking lot on Saturday.
• Two vehicles were reported entered in the east end and downtown area.  Change, CD’s and a wallet was reported taken.
• Tarps were stolen from a trailer on Oryme Avenue on the 31st of March. 

Mischief Report:

Bus shelters on McDonald Avenue and McNabb Street were spray painted.
