Man faces drinking and driving charges

On June 28, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 25-year-old Cameron Hurley of Sutton Place for impaired driving.

It is alleged that just before 2:30 a.m., the accused was operating his motor vehicle on Sutton Place while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol. While he was driving, the vehicle left the roadway and came to a stop in a ditch. 

[Police allege] the accused was intoxicated. Mr. Hurley has been charged with one count of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and one count of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level that was over the legal limit. He will appear in court on July 31, 2017.
