On Dec. 12, 2017, officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 19-year-old Jacques Roy of no fixed address for breach of recognizance and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The accused was taken into custody in relation to an outstanding warrant for breach of recognizance. Once in custody, officers located a knife in the possession of the accused.
He has been charged with two counts of breach of recognizance and one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. He was held for bail court.
