On Sept. 26, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 37-year-old Travis Ahde of Lake Street in relation to a theft.
It is alleged that the accused attended a store in the 200 block of McNabb Street where he selected $92.98 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. The accused was apprehended by store security and police were contacted.
The accused has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000. He will appear in court on Nov. 6, 2017.
