On Dec. 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 37-year-old Travis Ahde of Lake Street for possession of stolen property.
It is alleged that on Oct. 26, the accused was in possession of a stolen bicycle that he then sold. Officers recovered the item and later located the accused on Dec. 12.
He was taken into custody and charged with one count of possession of stolen property. He will appear in court on Jan. 22, 2017.
