On July 7, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Michael Huluk of East Street for assault.
It’s alleged in the morning of July 7, 2019, the accused attended a business in the 200-block of Northern Avenue and was going through a donation container. An employee asked the accused to stop and at this time he hit the employee.
Police arrived and took the accused into custody. He is charged with one count of assault and two counts of breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 19, 2019.
