On Oct. 11, 2016 a compliance check was done on a male that had court ordered conditions to be in his residence between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
A check of the accused was done by the Ontario Provincial Police Thessalon Detachment and it is alleged that the accused was not in his residence as directed.
On Oct. 12, 2016 the male was found to be in Sault Ste. Marie and was arrested for breach of recognizance.
The accused Mason Alexander Ferguson, age 29, is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 14, 2016, 9 a.m.
