On Dec. 6, 2018 officers with the Core unit of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Donald Jones of no fixed address for theft.
It is alleged that on Nov. 27, 2018 the accused attended a business in the 200 block of Bay Street where he selected just over $40 worth of merchandise and left without paying.
Officers located the accused on Dec. 6. He was taken into custody and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.
He was held for bail court.
