On July 17, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 21-year-old Brandon Hodder of Boston Avenue with regards to an assault investigation.
It is alleged that on July 17, the accused engaged in an argument with two people that are known to him. The accused then pulled out a knife and pointed it at the victims while threatening them.
Officers attended and the accused was taken into custody. He has been charged with one count of assault with a weapon and two counts of uttering threats. He will appear in court on Aug. 21, 2017.
