On Sept. 13, 2021, officers with Patrol Services charged 28-year-old Cory Cloutier with theft of a motor vehicle.

Around 7 a.m., police received a report of a man and a woman walking through yards on Parkland Crescent. Officers responded around 7:12 a.m. and located two people matching the description reported.
