Sault Ste. Marie Police are still on the scene of a fire and a shooting on the 100 block of Goulais Avenue on Friday, Aug 5.
Two people were killed, and police say in a press release that they will not have an official cause of death for those individuals until after the post-mortem exams are completed.
That is expected to happen this week.
The Ontario Fire Marshall's office is also conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire at one of the residences involved, and they were on the scene over the weekend.
