Sexual Interference and Breach In early August 2012, a 24 year old male began a relationship with a 15 year old female. Over the next month the relationship developed in a sexual manner. In early September the female complained to police about this.

In early August 2012, a 24 year old male began a relationship with a 15 year old female. Over the next month the relationship developed in a sexual manner. In early September the female complained to police about this. On September 7th, 2012 Patrol Officers arrested and charged the male with two counts of Sexual Interference and two counts of Breach of Probation. He will appear in bail court on September 10th, 2012.

Failing to Attend Court

On July 23, 2012, Kimberley Robinson, age 19 of no fixed address, failed to re-attend court on several outstanding charges. Subsequently a warrant for her arrest was issued and on September 7, 2012 at 8:00 am Robinson attended the Sault Ste. Marie Police Station to turn herself in.  She has been charged with Failing to Attend Court and will appear in bail court on September 10th, 2012.  

Breach of Probation

On September 7, 2012 at approximately 8:00 am, Tricia Robinson, age 24 of Sault Ste. Marie  attended the City Police Station for the purpose of turning herself in for outstanding warrants for failing to comply with conditions of her probation order in the summer of 2010.  Police Officers executed the arrest warrants and charged Robinson with two counts of Breach of Probation. She will appear in court on October 12th, 2012.

Harrasment:

20 year old Jasmine Daoust of 519 Cathcart Street was arrested and charged with one count of criminal harassment and one count of breach of probation.  It is alleged that the accused sent repeated unwanted and derogatory text messages to another female.  She was on probation at the time with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.  She will be appearing in court on October 1st

Property Crimes:

A window was damaged in the 1200 block of Peoples Rd.  It is believed that the damage was caused by a bb gun.

A house was reported broken into on Dufferin Street.  A safe was reported stolen.
