People to Appear in Bail Court Today 1) 35-year old Scott Erdman of 4-260 Wellington Street West was arrested last evening and charged with one count of failing to appear in court.
People to Appear in Bail Court Today

1) 35-year old Scott Erdman of 4-260 Wellington Street West was arrested last evening and charged with one count of failing to appear in court. It is alleged that on the 30th of October this year the accused failed to attend for a court appearance and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

2) 22-year old Derek Lethbridge of 1004 Pine Street was arrested just before 6 pm last night and charged with one count of assault and one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm. It is alleged that the accused became irate and upset with some staff members at the Zellers Store in the Station Mall when questioned about a receipt regarding a return of an item. A security officer attended in the area and it is alleged that the accused punched the security officer in the head several times and struck in him the face as well. It is further alleged that the accused threatened to harm the officer by cutting him. City Police were called and the male was turned over the officers.

3) 56-year old Wilfred Waboose of no fixed address was arrested yesterday on outstanding warrants for one count of fail to appear in court and one count of theft under $5,000.

Break & Enters

1) Yesterday morning between 7am and 7:30 am a window was broken at the Head to Toe Salon on Brock Street. It is unknown if anything was taken at this time.

2) A home in the 600 block of Second Line West was broken into on November 10th. It is unknown what was taken.

3) Just before 9 pm last evening City Police attended at Michigan Maple Products on North Street for a break and enter. Entry was gained to the building but it is unknown if anything was taken at this time.

4) Just before midnight thieves attempted to gain entry into the Bridal Closet on Queen Street East but were not successful.

5) Just after 1:30 am Tiny Bubble on Queen Street East was entered. A small undisclosed amount of money was taken and possibly other items.

6) Just before 2 am the Denture Therapy Clinic on Queen Street East was entered and it is unknown at this time what was taken.

7) Just after 2 am the front door at Ezios Hair Design on Queen Street East was broken, but it does not appear that entry was gained.

8) Around 2:15 pm City Police attended at The Fun Park on Great Northern Road regarding a possible break and enter to the paintball gun storage area. Entry was not gained.
