DOMESTIC DISPUTE City police answered a domestic dispute call in the west end yesterday. A 37-year-old male had an argument with his 35-year-old wife during which he bit her on the wrist. He was arrested for assault.

City police answered a domestic dispute call in the west end yesterday. A 37-year-old male had an argument with his 35-year-old wife during which he bit her on the wrist. He was arrested for assault.

Upon searching their records, police determined that the male was also wanted for a breach of recognizance. He will appear in bail court today. The man charged cannot be identified to protect the identity of the victim.


PILE OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS
Police hit the jackpot at about 1:00 a.m. today. They spotted James Neshiwabin, age 29 of 584 Lake Street, in the downtown area.

He was wanted on a pile of warrants dating back to 2001 including failing to appear in court, assault causing bodily harm, theft, mischief, a dangerous weapons charge, impaired driving and breach of recognizance. He will appear in bail court today.


WOMAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
Police arrested 41-year-old Constance Greene yesterday afternoon following an alleged assault at a King Street address. It is alleged Greene assaulted the female victim by punching her in the face and head several times. The victim suffered loss of teeth and head injuries. She was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police also discovered Greene was wanted on an outstanding warrant. She will appear in bail court today.
