33 year old Sean Seguin of 36 Wallace Terr. was charged with theft under $5000.00 it is alleged that on the 9th of May the accused attended a Mac's Mart where he stole a sandwich and left without paying. The accused re-attended at the store on the 11th of May where he was recognized by the store clerk. Police were called and the accused was subsequently arrested and given a court date of June 18 2012.

City police have arrested and charged two male youths, aged 14 and 13, with mischief over $5000.00 stemming from an incident in late April at the Bondar Pavilion. The tent fabric was deliberately cut and suffered significant damage. The charges also include breaches of probation to both youths. The two will be held for bail court on the May 11, 2012
