Bail Court Today
1) On the 19th of March 2009 police attended at a residence in the 100 block of Wellington St. east with regards to a domestic assault. It is alleged that the 30 year old male resident grabbed his girlfriend by the throat choking her and then stating when he returned from work he would kill her. The accused has a 10:00 am court appearance this morning.
2) A 46 year old female was arrested yesterday and charged with assault and mischief. It is alleged that she returned home and assaulted her spouse by punching and hitting him about the face. It is further alleged that she then broke his cell phone. She will appear in bail court this morning.

Break and Enter
A break and enter was reported to a trailer parked on private property on Dacey Rd. Nothing was reported taken but there was some damage to a window.
